İnsanlık Onur ve Şerefinin Korunması Açısından Kazf ve Suçu ve Cezasının Değerlendirilmesi

The meaning of the Qadhf (faise accusation of zina (fomication) is explained in the dictionary as to throw, to throw the stone ete. In the terminology of the Islamic jurists it is defined as, attribution of adultery (zina) by words or other expressions, which harm individuals' honour and suspends his affinity with the person who has criminal liability. The prohibition of the erime of Qadhf is prescribed in 5urah XXIV, Verse 4. According to the Islamic scholars the term "Muhsanat" as explained in this verse indicates that the punishment for this erime is limited only to the Muslims. But in our dissertation we have come to the conclusion that the term " Muhsanat" contains all the human beings. We have dealt with this subject on the basis of the term "Muhsanat".
