The copyrights in the Journal of Theology Academy belong to their authors.
Authors can give permission to the intellectual work they sent to Journal of Theology Academy under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

By submitting their work to the journal, the authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.
1. The copyright of the published article belongs to its author under CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
2. The authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
3. The authors grant the right to freely use the article to any third party as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.
4. Nothing in this license impairs or restricts an author's right to preserve the integrity and ownership of their work.

Fee Policy
The publication of articles and the execution of article processes in the Journal of Theology Academy are free of charge. No processing fee or submission fee is charged under any name for articles submitted to the journal or accepted for publication.

Open Access is when publications are freely available to anyone online with few restrictions on reuse.The unrestricted dissemination of research is especially important to authors, readers, and funders. Journal of Theology Academy has signed the Budapest Open Access Declaration.

Articles published in the Journal of Theology Academy are published as open access under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Theology Academy has started to publish all academic articles under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license since its first issue in 2022. Journal of Theology Academy believes that for open access to work effectively, user rights and copyright ownership must be clear through licensing.
The CC BY-NC 4.0 license allows the work to be shared, copied, reproduced in any size and format other than for commercial use, and adapted, including re-editing, transforming, and building upon the original work, provided that appropriate reference is made to it.
