Abstract
The relationship between imam Malik and political power, although the Umeyye period has been calmed, it has been become different during the Abbasid period. The relationship that was suitable especially at beginning of Caliph Mansur Second period, it changed because imam take part near Muhammed en-Nefsuzzekiye who rebelled against to government. After giving message to the public opinion on the mutineers and their supporters had been punished, a new period started with excuse of Mansur's. Finally imam became as a savant who has been consulted his idea and has been accepted social consideration in addition to the formal opinion, both in the period of Mansur and also subsequent Caliphs.
