Abstract
In this article, it has been attempted to point out the fiqh methodology of the Fourth Caliph Ali, who found himself at the most important centre of historical change. This methodology is one side of his characteristics that was victimized during this historical transformation. I wonder if he had reached all norms that were narrated from him with a definite method. Was this method of an objective or subjective character? Here, it will be attempted to find answers to these questions in three stages.
