Hadis İlimleri Açısından Hattâbî’nin Garîbü’l-Hadis Adlı Eserinin Değerlendirmesi

An Evaluation of al-Khattabi’s Work Called Gharib al-Hadith Regarding to Hadith Sciences “Gharib al-hadith” that is one of the most important sub-fields of hadith science subjects to be understood of gharib/exceptional words included in hadith texts. Abu Suleyman al-Khattabi’s (388/998) work called Gharib al-hadith that has the same name with the field is considered one of three main resources of its literary type. This study aims to determine position of Gharib al-hadith in terms of hadith sciences based on its content and copyright features. Also it has a separate importance regarding to al-Khattabi’s being accepted as one of the first hadith commentators

Hadis ilminin önemli alt disiplinlerinden biri olan “garîbü’l-hadis”, hadis metinlerinde yer alan garîb/nadir kelimelerin anlaşılmasını konu edinmektedir. Ebû Süleymân el-Hattâbî’nin (388/998) saha ile aynı adı taşıyan Garîbü’l-hadis adlı eseri, kendi edebî türünün üç ana kaynağından biri sayılmaktadır. Garîbü’l-hadis’in muhtevası ve telif özelliklerine dayanarak hadis ilimleri açısından konumunu tespit etmeyi amaçlayan bu çalışma, Hattâbî’nin ilk hadis şarihlerinden kabul edilmesi yönüyle de ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır
