Abstract
A Comment Attemption on the Hadith of “The Deeds Are Based On Intention” In the Context of the Relation between Intention and Deeds This study focuses on the hadith that "The deeds are based on intentions" which has an important place in Islamic culture and civilization. This hadiths is accepted as associated with many subjects from law to worship. Great amount of evaluations on this hadith were made in this center. These evaluations include many determinations rightful. However, the hadith was often tried to understand worship-centered interpretations. In this study, these interpretations will briefly be mentioned, and other considerations will be ad- dressed. While interpreting this hadith, there are some points to be taken into considera- tion. In order to assess the consequential deeds, the owner of the intention must also have knowledge, skills (capability), action and the responsibility to continue the action. It is important to consider these issues while trying to understand the hadith

Öz
Bu çalışma İslam kültür ve medeniyetinde önemli bir yer tutan “Ameller niyetlere göredir” hadisi üzerinde durmaktadır. Söz konusu hadis ibadetten hukuka varıncaya kadar pek çok konu ile ilişkili kabul edilmiştir. Hadis üzerine yapılan değerlendirmelerin önemli bir kısmı da bu merkezde yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu değerlendirmeler yer yer önemli tespitler içermektedir. Ancak söz konusu hadis, genellikle ibâdet merkezli bir yorumla anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, yapılan bu yorumlara kısaca temas edilecektir. Hadisin yorumlanmasında dikkate alınması gereken hususlar da vardır. Bir amelin netice itibarıyla değerlendirilebilmesi için, niyet sahibinin aynı zamanda bilgi, beceri (kabiliyet), eylem ve eylemi devam ettirebilme sorumluluğunu da taşıması gerekir. Hadisin anlaşılmasında bu hususların dikkate alınması önem arzetmektedir
