Müslim’in Ehl-i Bid’at Râvilerden Rivayet İle İlgili Durumu

Müslim who is the imam (d. 261/875) is a well-known scholar with his work with the name of al-Jami al-sahih like his teacher who is Bukhari, and it is seen rahat he has got the works in the field of dignitaries. So Müslim has got the studies with the names of et-Tabakât, Kitâbu al-kunâ ve al-asmâ and el-Münferidât ve al-vuhdân, including the aforementioned work. Müslim evaluates the tellers in these works, and a part of his dignitaries evaluations is given in the works of cerh-ta’dil. Namely, Müslim who is the imam is accepted as one of the cerh-ta’dil scholars that his criticism and evaluations about the tellers are relied. It is important to reveal Müslim’s attitude related to the tellers of opponents for the determination of his cerh-ta’dil method. In this study, the tellers who are reviwed as opponents are studied on his famous work with the name of al-Jâmi al-sahîh by the ulama, and it was comparatively searched by the other critics’ evaluations. So it was tried to be determined about what a method Müslim revealed about the different judgement ör principle which is a negative factor on the quality of teller’s justice.

İmam Müslim (ö. 261/875), el-Câmi’u’s-sahîh adlı eseri ile hocası Buhârî gibi tanınmış bir âlim olmakla birlikte onun ricâl alanında da eserlerinin olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu bağlamda Müslim’in söz konusu edilen eseri dışında et-Tabakât, Kitâbu’l-künâ ve’l-esmâ ve el-Münferidât ve’l-vuhdân isimli çalışmaları vardır. Bu eserlerde Müslim, râvileri değerlendirmekle birlikte onun ricâl değerlendirmelerinden bir kısmı cerh-ta’dîl eserlerinde nakledilmektedir. İmam Müslim râviler hakkındaki tenkit ve değerlendirmelerine güvenilen cerh-ta’dîl âlimlerinden kabul edilmektedir. Müslim’in cerh-ta’dîl metodunu tespitte onun Ehl-i bid’at râvileri ile ilgili tavrını ortaya koymak önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir kısım ulemâ tarafından İmam Müslim’in el-Câmi’u’s-sahîh adlı meşhur eserinde Ehl-i bid’at olmakla tenkit edilen râviler incelenmiş, diğer münekkitlerin değerlendirmeleriyle mukayeseli olarak araştırılmıştır. Bu şekilde râvinin adâlet sıfatını zedeleyen bir unsur olan bid’at konusunda Müslim’in nasıl bir metot ortaya koyduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
