There are no differences between woman and man from the point of puberty,
reason and majority which form the basis of legal capacity. Woman having the
complete legal capacity of action has the power of disposal herself in which she owns
and she does not need any approval. On this matter, both situation of woman (single,
married, widow) and her quality of power of disposal (tamlik or being quality of
grant) do not effect decree in any way. This is the main principle which general universal
principles establish and also special proofs support and it is not possible to assign
it to some hypothetical affairs based on controversial narrations.
