Kabul İle Red Arasında Nüzul’ün Tekrarı Meselesi- II

The problem of revelation’s repetative (takrār al-nozūl) was discussed in the first part of this study. In this context it was explained that if there is a possibility of cem’ and ta’līf, they will be preferred but if there is no possibility of these rules, one of these opposite narratives will be preferred by paying attention to choice rules. In adition to these, a number of classical scholars rather than shedding light on the subject refer to next generations and it was seen also that some modern scholars prefer this definition -(takrār al-nozūl)- to get rid of detailed examination’s trouble. In this part of the study, the author -in a sense- working to show theoretical framework in the first section apllies on two verses (surah) and five verses. However, there is no answer to a question in both parts: If this problem can be solved with the method Jam‘ and ta’līf, why has it been postponed by the scholars who have come so far? Because, in the study, the evaluations of the hadith scholars who lived in the pasta re especially benefited. However, there is no terms of the sources and methods used in the study, but it is the first independent study presented the subject in compact form.

Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde teorik olarak mükerrer nüzul meselesi tartışılmıştı. Bu bağlamda tarihsel süreçte konuya yönelik bakış açıları zikredilerek cem’ ve te’līf imkânı var ise önceleneceği; şayet yoksa da tercih kaidelerini dikkate alarak zıt rivayetlerin birinin diğerine tercih edileceği anlatılmıştı. Bununla birlikte klasik ulemadan bazılarının konuyu açıklığa kavuşturmaktan ziyade gelecek nesillere havale ettiği ve bazı çağdaş müelliflerin de konuyu detaylı incelemenin zahmetinden kurtulmak için mükerrer nüzul tanımlamasını kullandıkları da görülmüştü. Çalışmanın bu kısmında ise müellif ilk bölümdeki teorik çerçeveyi bir anlamda mükerrer nüzul’e konu olan iki sūre (Fātiḥa ve İḫlās sūreleri) ile beş ayet grubu (Tevbe 10/113; Hūd 11/114; Naḥl 14/126-128; İsrā 15/85; Rūm 21/1-4)’nda uygulamalı olarak göstermeye çalışmaktadır. Ancak her iki bölümde de bir sorunun cevabı bulunmamaktadır: Cem‘ ve te’līf metodu ile bu problem çözülebiliyorsa bugüne kadar gelen âlimler tarafından neden ertelendi? Çünkü çalışma içinde özellikle geçmiş zamanda yaşamış hadis âlimlerinin değerlendirmelerinden istifade edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte çalışmada kullanılan kaynak ve yöntemler açısından bir yenilik de bulunmamaktadır.
